Mohammed Khan

Hey, How's it going? I'm Mohammed, but you can call me Mo. Having great ware with all and being able to multitask has allowed me to become great at almost everything. However, some of the things i take pride in the most are; Contractor, Videographer/ Photographer, Restoration Specialist, Financial Advisor, and Real Estate Investor. I'm currently living in Atlanta but travel back and forth to Los Angeles. My interests range from hiking, tennis, chess, music production, and Tea!

I'm originally born and raised in South Central Los Angeles, California. At first, life was "normal". I went to college, then got promoted and transferred to Ontario, CA to manage my first retail store. This was my 1st taste of independence. I was spreading my wings and flying high until my Father passed away in April 2013.

This through everything off and was the 1st big change in my life at 22 years old. He spent most of his life taking care of his auntie (because his mother passed at an early age). When he left me, he didn't have anything to pass down to me except for his care taking responsibilities, so i did what i thought was best and moved back to the city to take care of my great auntie.

For the next 5 years, I helped her get around and handle daily chores. I also went back to college and started a cleaning business. She owned a back house that i also helped rent out and manage. In May 2018, my great auntie passed away which lead to my 2nd biggest life change at 27 years old. At this point I was really lost in life without any guidance of establishing a trade.

I knew that i loved to clean houses but I didn't want to do that my entire life. The interest that intrigued me the most was managing my auntie's property. I always wondered if there was a better way that she could be doing that, so i started studying real estate! From here, i decided to take a 30 day road trip across the South to explore other markets and to see what else is out there.

After my road trip, I partnered up and bough my 1st two properties before moving to Atlanta. Now we’re closing on our 3 property and have goals of building an empire! The bigger plan is to eventually build an affordable living container home community near the city.
