5+ years of professional work experience in the field of Rural livelihood Development Projects, Supply Chain, Operations, Documentation, Monitoring, Project management, Training, Capacity building, FPO consulting, FPO proposals, Agribusiness & Market linkages of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs).

Currently working with Radiant Infonet Private Limited (Navankur) as an Assistant Manager-Cluster Development Initiatives. My responsibilities include credit linkage for FPOs under central and state schemes, facilitating the setting up of Agro industries and technologies adoption in FPOs, conducting market research, business planning and formation & promotion of FPOs.

Worked with Krishiachariya Technologies Private Limited (BIJAK) as Assistant Manager-Growth Strategy/Operations in the field of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), CRM Problem Solving - For FnV Trade Perspective, Building and Monitoring for FnV Trade, Communication within the Central team and with VPs/AVPs, Support for AVP for Trade Perspective, Operation for FnV trade, Training to new Team Members, Farmer Producer Organisations(FPOs), and Leadership attributes.

I worked with Green Agrevolution Private Limited (DeHaat - Lucknow) as Executive-Network Expansion/New Initiatives where I was responsible for close works with Uttar Pradesh FPOs/CBBOs/RIs and State government departments for Onboarding of Uttar Pradesh FPOs with DeHaat and providing FPOs-related consultation to Farmers.

Worked as Project Officer-Agricultural Services in Indian Society of Agribusiness Professionals (ISAP India) where I was responsible for close coordination for the Promotion of 10K FPOs project launched by PM Narendra Damodardas Modi, Establishment, Coordination, and Monitoring of the FPOs, etc.
