Hey there, I’m Mohith. I’m a student living in Mangalore. I have an experience of 2.7 years of working in TCS. I am the kind of person who can lead any Group Discussions and after getting into MBA course my confidence level has been increased gradually and my stage fear has been decreased.I am open for receiving the feedback and sometimes i give feedback if any improvement is required as I used to do it in my previous organisation. I am an active listener who kind of listens to people's problems and provide solutions whenever or wherever required. I may look like an agressive person but I am totally a different person who is calm and non aggressive and is almost humours all the time. I love working in a team that is full of energy. I used to play many sports in my school as well as in my college so I have lead the team to many accolades and I have the capability to handling the team and getting the best out of them. I am kind of fast learner who can grasp the things very quickly and do the work as fast as possible before the deadline. I have the capability of handling the pressure in crunch situations and work as calmly as possible because when I was in TCS sometimes there used to be very close deadline so at that time managers used to rely on me to do the work and finish the task within the given deadline. In my short span of working in TCS, I have been rewarded with On the Spot (Team) Award in the year 2019. Now while pursuing my MBA I have completed my certifications in Digital Marketing,Social Media Marketing and Financial Modeling.
