Mohsen Kikalaye currently operates a brokering business for art, jewelry, and other fine goods through an establishment in Laguna Beach, California. As part of his vocation, Mohsen Kikalaye has traveled worldwide to meet with collectors and has worked in fine goods departments in Los Angeles, Miami, San Diego, London, and New York City.
Mohsen Kikalaye began his jewelry career at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). As the foremost authority on valuable stones of every variety, GIA educates students in the art of gemology, a discipline that requires extensive knowledge of numerous gems for proper grading, identification, and appraisal. As a recipient of GIA’s Graduate Gemologist diploma, Kikalaye possesses the knowledge and experience to provide customers with an honest expert opinion for their jewelry buying and selling needs. Kikalaye also learned to discern flaws in diamonds and other valuable stones while studying at the Gemological Institute.
In addition to his employment as a gemologist, Mohsen Kikalaye also maintains involvement in a variety of other activities. He has been performing Kriya yoga since age 17 and holds a black belt in Shotokan Karate. A form of yoga designed to rapidly increase divine understanding, Kriya yoga is practiced as a method of improving the mastery of the mind over the physical body. Kikalaye studies at Self-Realization Fellowship, founded by Paramahansa Yogananda in 1920. The organization maintains a variety of meditation programs for adults and children, including the Kriya Yoga Path of Meditation, guided meditation, and home study lessons. Kikalaye enjoys hiking, snowboarding, basketball, and soccer.
