As the owner and principal consultant at Visionary People, a management and business consultancy, Mohsen Salehi wears many hats, including those of a Business Planning & Strategy Advisor, and Graphic Designer. He is responsible for general management, relationship management, global strategy, multimedia production, client project management, business growth, and omnichannel marketing.

In addition to working for Fortune 100 and 500 companies like AT&T Corp., he previously held positions as Senior Account Executive at Bear Stearns & Company and Business Banking Specialist (BBS) at Wells Fargo & Company.

He is equipped with excellent skills in providing leadership, management, and training to improve the team's performance toward the attainment of established goals and objectives.

Mohsen earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership (OBL) from the University of San Francisco - School of Management and completed the Trans-Global Executive Master of Business Administration (T-GEMBA) Program at Saint Mary’s College of California - School of Economics & Business Administration, where he earned his MBA degree with concentrations in Global Economics, Global Business Administration, and International Finance. As a program requirement, he fulfilled vigorous academic field research assignments and case studies within six countries that were focused on the primary, secondary, tertiary, quaternary, quinary, public, private, and voluntary sectors of the economy. The countries consisted of the United States, Spain, Belgium, Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda. Congo was canceled for safety reasons.
