Moira Dempsey serves as a senior instructor at RMT International, where she teaches advanced levels of RMT (rhythmic movement training). Ms. Dempsey has gained worldwide renown for her work in understanding the role of primitive reflexes in the development of posture, focus, emotions, and behavior. As an RMT instructor, she focuses on utilizing primitive movements to help individuals overcome learning and developmental challenges. Aside from her teaching duties, Moira Dempsey also helps mentor and supervise RMT trainee instructors around the world and offers private consultations in kinesiology and counseling to adults and children. She is the co-author of the book Movements that Heal, published in 2011. The kinesiologist also owns Integrated Being—Australia, a company that teaches Brain Gym, Touch for health, RMT, and other kinesiologies in Southeast Asian countries as well as South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, and Poland. At Integrated Being, Ms. Dempsey helps people conquer learning problems, emotional issues, and motor-reflex difficulties. In her spare time, Moira Dempsey enjoys reading, singing, going to the theatre, and watching movies. Her favorite authors include, Jane Austen, Maeve Binchey, A.S. Byatt, and Margaret Drabble. She travels frequently for work and has visited every continent except Antarctica. In her free time, she enjoys taking trips to New Zealand, Sarawak, and Japan.
