I am a Harlem native, excited to share the benefits of yoga with my community. When practiced consistently yoga can help you discover a new awareness of your body and mind. Yoga has helped people achive more restful sleep, expanded breath capacity, sharper and clearer mental focus, a stronger connection with your body while you watch your physical abilities expand.

My approach to vinyasa instruction is creative, expansive and full of joy. I invite you to join me for group classes or, for a deeper approach, let me create a personalized yoga course that will allow you to breath a little deeper and live a little fuller.

I am also the co-founder of Harlem Amenities, a local Harlem-based concierge and errand service for everyone. If you find that you don't have time to clear your to-do list then you should let me know.

Yoga group class schedule:

Group classes are all open level. Please come from wherever you are in your practice, novice or expert. You will experience a grounding, challenging, inspiring and creative Vinyasa flow.
