I’m a graduate in Molecular Biology and Genetics from the University of East Anglia in the UK. A very keen athlete and aspiring sports and documentary photographer.
I bought my first camera in May 2013 when I was finishing my undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics. I felt I needed a new hobby as I prepared to venture into the “real world”. It was actually a toss-up between dabbling in DJing and photography but after a quick round of mental rock, paper, scissors photography won out and I ordered my beloved Canon 700D.
I was shortlisted for Student Photographer of the Year 2014 by the Guardian Newspaper in the UK, 1 of only 5 to have made the cut out of all the nominations presented.
