Motunrayo Kilanko is an energetic and multipotential woman with a passion to empower women. With an exceptional academic background in public health from Babcock University (1st class honours) and University of Ibadan; and experience in development work, she has managed and volunteered in many social and health impact projects towards women, girls, children and teenagers.
In 2018, she made a career transition to tech and her desire is to use tech for building products that will solve human and social problems. She is a data annotation specialist and data analyst.
She founded Femote (http://www.femote.co ), an agency for outsourcing data processing and annotation and connecting businesses to female admin and support staff. She also founded Femote School, a subsidiary of the agency, for training and equipping African women with digital skills to earn remotely and flexibly.The school has successfully trained 60 women in data annotation and virtual assistance and about 23 of them have been placed on different projects through the agency.
She is a board member for Teens Lead initiative,Ibadan, Nigeria, an alumnus of On Deck No Code Fellowship, USA (ODNC 1),Alumnus of Future Females Business School and an alumnus of Women in Successful Career(WISCAR)Stream 3.
