Molina Arena-Randall joined Cohen Grossman, Attorneys at Law, in 2017. In 2004, she graduated Cum
Laude from the University of Saint Thomas, earned her Series 6 and Series 66, and embarked on a
successful career with New York City financial institutions. In 2007, she left working as a financial
wholesaler, to accept a scholarship from Vanderbilt Law School.
As an Honor Scholar at Vanderbilt Law School, Miss Arena-Randall started her legal career writing
opinions as a clerk for the Honorable Senior Judge T. Nixon for the U.S. District Court for the Middle
District of Tennessee. In 2009, she accepted a summer associate position for Cadwalader, Wickersham,
and Taft, in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she was introduced to complex civil litigation. After
graduation in 2010, she moved to Orlando, Florida, to pursue her passions as an advocate and a public
servant, where she began employment with the Public Defender’s Office.
Miss Arena-Randall has devoted the majority her legal career to litigation and trial practice, having
overseen thousands of cases, conducted numerous jury and bench trials, written and argued countless
motions, and written appellate briefs with published opinions.
At Cohen Grossman, Miss Arena-Randall brings her extensive litigation and trial experience to the
Employment Law Group, where she specializes in serving the rights of employees in wage and hour
litigation. She practices the Plaintiff’s side of hospitality industry litigation dealing with federal and state
wage and hour violations, misclassification of employees, and overtime violations.
Miss Arena-Randall is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Florida.
