I've recently married the man of my dreams, Akash, and have not long graduated from university and started working full time. This has made me realise just how hard it is to find the time to cook healthy food and still have some time to yourself each night. This blog is committed to gathering quick and healthy recipes to cook any night of the week.
I enjoy cooking and trying out new things. The majority of food I cook is Indian as I absolutely love the spices, strong flavours and aromas, however I also enjoy cooking food of other cuisines.
I try to make the food I cook as healthy as possible, however occasionally I like to add that splash of cream or dash of butter to add to the flavour.
