Hello and welcome, friends!

On any given day you can be certain to find me thriving in this awe-inspiring, convivial community of Nashville that I get to call home. As a magna cum laude, early graduate of the University of South Carolina, it is safe to say I was eager to dive into the world of opportunities and employment! I began my career in Nashville, TN working as an Operations Manager + Digital Brander at 1680PR. We were a specialized firm that provided advice in the particular fields of public relations and strategic marketing. Here I had the opportunity to sharpen my skill set with real world experience in both the music, television and fashion industries!

Taking a leap to Scout Staffing in 2014 was one of the best decisions I could have made. Scout Staffing was Nashville's premiere boutique staffing agency located on world famous Music Row, where I had the unique opportunity to create a 'hybrid' position for myself, if you will. As the Digital + Talent Scout, I spearhead all of the digital media/marketing and company-culture branding, but also recruiting full-time in the Entertainment and IT industries. We focus on "culture-centric" hiring, which we've found to truly be our niche around town. Day to day, I would coincide our focus on culture with our digital strategy and the notorious Scout Staffing brand!

Aa an advocate for the healthy-living lifestyle, when I'm not working, you may be able to find me on a lake (thanks to land-locked Nashville), at the barre3 studio kicking some booty or at one of the many local dog parks with my sweet, dog-child (and spoiled) doberman, Bayleigh Jane!
