Molly has been an educator since 2013. After graduating from the University of Washington, TFA, and receiving her Masters from CUNY Brooklyn College, Molly became a high school teacher at her alma mater, Lake Stevens High School. She is a team teacher for Geometry and Algebra courses. Molly works on closing the achievement gap working with the Goodwill Youth Aerospace Program.

In the past, Molly was a teacher and Tech Coordinator in New York City at Brooklyn Urban Garden School. Her prior experience also includes founding Seattle's Women In Tech (WiT) nonprofit, community engagement, marketing, and managing large scale events with over 40,000 attendees.

Molly is passionate about STEM, social justice, sustainability, and service. She loves her husband Ryan, shiba inu named Hiro, and rescue dog named Ellie. Molly loves playing trumpet, live performances, reading science fiction, and wandering, near or far.
