Dealing with personnel is a lot of fun if you ask me. Because of my position as head of HR in one of the most convenient removal companies in London I get to interview all sorts of interesting people. We also conduct team building events in attempt to always improve the team cohesion which we have. When I am not at my computer working tirelessly I go fishing or jogging.
