A motivated and entrepreneurial problem solver, I have a record of effectively working to drive progress and improve performance. Tasked with building the US customer service team for a German software company, I have successfully worked across a global organization to build a department prepared to meet the demands of US customers.

I have consistently sought to identify and challenge the reasons that things “can’t” be done, applying my skills in both quantitative analysis and people management, and reaching across organizational and cultural borders to deliver concrete results while delighting customers. A vigorous advocate for a customer-oriented organization, I have been sought out to collaborate closely with product management, marketing and development to ensure that the company’s decisions are aligned with our customers.
