- Molly Annelle Mickelson (professionally known as Molly Annelle) is a singer, songwriter, and producer from Vancouver, currently studying music in Toronto. Molly has been releasing her original songs on streaming platforms under the name ‘Molly Annelle’ for almost five years. She has been working with an independent record label (604 records) since she was only fifteen. However, music is not molly's only passion! She grew up surfing and water-skiing with her dad, and writing poetry with her mom.
- Molly went to high school in Vancouver, Canada- however, in elementary school her family moved to the south of France where Molly and her older brother attended school in French. This was an extremely formative year in her life and sparked her love for travel.
- Now, Molly is studying at Ryerson University- with a focus on music. Her goals for the future are to become a successful music producer. Molly believes that female producers are much needed in the industry today, as the field has always been male dominated. Her main objective in her career is to empower not only herself, but other young women who want to do things that are generally considered to be “jobs for men”.
