A longtime resident of St. Helena, CA, Molly Morales completed her undergraduate education in Human Resources Management at San Francisco State University and her graduate education in Organizational Behavior at Golden Gate University. Molly Morales launched her career in human resources with Campbell Soup Company, where she oversaw tomato operations seasonal hiring and employee relations for over 2500 employees over a three-year term.

Years later, she transitioned into the wine industry, serving as a senior human resources executive leading Napa Valley wineries such as Fetzer Vineyards, Sonoma Cutrer with Brown Forman, Domaine Chandon & Newton Vineyards with LVMH, and Beringer, St. Clement, Etude, Stags Leap, Meridian, Cellar 360, Chateau St Jean with Treasury Wine Estates.

Having accumulated over a decade of experience in the wine business, she established St. Helena, CA-based HR Terroir as a boutique consultancy catering to family-owned and operated wineries. With a nod to the winemaking principles of “terroir,” which refers to how a region’s physical qualities culminate to affect the taste of the wine, she has built her firm on a holistic approach to cultivating people and organizational growth.
