Molly W. Knorr
Molly Knorr is a marketing professional with four years of work experience, having recently completed the part-time MBA program at the Katz Graduate School of Business. There, she concentrated in marketing with a focus on digital marketing. Molly has a proven track record of providing social media strategies, implementing marketing campaigns, and achieving strong customer relationships which have resulted in revenue and profit growth at the companies in which she worked.
Before starting her part-time MBA at the University of Pittsburgh, Molly’s success as a Marketing Manager at EQA Landmark Communities, LLC included producing the development, branding and content for three websites, resulting in two of the three websites winning American Advertising Federation’s ADDY® Awards.
Currently working for the Pitt Alumni Association as External Relations Coordinator, Molly facilitates planning and implementation for alumni events and programs, such as University-impact events, receptions, athletic-related events, meetings and lectures. Previously, as Membership Coordinator she strategized, organized and executed the annual Graduation Central Membership drive. She’s directly responsible for increasing overall membership sales by 100% in 2011, and successfully maintained those numbers in 2012 and 2013.
Molly obtained her bachelors’ degree in marketing from the Smeal College of Business at the Pennsylvania State University. She also obtained a minor in Information Sciences and Technology for Telecommunications.
