Hi, I am Molood Ceccarelli.
I am one of those people who can never choose only one passion to pursue. Yet I go deep in every subject I choose.
Some describe me as courageous, and some describe me as a go-getter. I would say I'm an energetic action-taker dreamer. I'm ambitious and I truly value growth and a forwards motion in life.
In 2017, I created the first and by far largest online summit about remote work in agile called Remote Forever Summit that attracted over 10k people yearly. Then I wrote my first book Be Agile Remotely (out of print, but available for download).
Over the last 15+ years, I have designed my professional life around a few different paths:
Online Education: I create and teach trainings and workshops on leadership, remote work operations, collective intelligence, product development, professional coaching, and online facilitation. On our education platform, you can take self-paced courses while getting personal support.
Or you can hire me or one of our licensed coaches for a custom-designed workshops for your team. We have offered this service to:

Consulting: I help leaders in scale-ups that have a distributed workforce with setting up systems and processes to help them scale smoothly while maintaining agility.
