I am a top lifestyle and entertainment blogger who is based in Nairobi, Kenya. In my writing and editing career, I've been able to work with some of the biggest brands in the world.

Starting off as a Data Management Specialist at Digital Divide Data (DDD) in 2012, I worked on digitization projects for overseas clients, including Ancestry.com, the largest genealogical company in the world. DDD is an award-winning firm, which has won various awards, including the Google Innovation Awards: Innovation Award in Education and Training, 2013 and CIO 100 – Top 100 firm for innovative technology, 2013.

While there, I excelled in blogging as a side-project, at one point being chosen as one of the winners in the internal DDD-Nairobi City Park blogging contest. I also got to receive the ISO 9001:2008 training which has made me a writer keen on high quality content. I also got a Stanford certificate in medieval records.

I would then join Destination Magazine (DM) as an editorial intern (later on assistant) in 2014. While at it, I got to help put together editorials, including interviews with high profile Hollywood actors. These include Matthew McConaughey, Malin Akerman, Ben Kingsley, Tom Arnold and Robin Wright.

From there I got to join Radio Africa Group as a lifestyle writer for Mpasho News, a leading entertainment and style news website in Kenya. I've gotten to work with top public figures on features, including Citizen TV's Anne Kiguta, fashion icon Diana Opoti, Nigerian designer Elizabeth Dankaro, BET award winning singer Eddy Kenzo, MTV EMA award winning band Sauti Sol, Capital FM's Anita Nderu, South African rapper K.O, Nigerian singer Yemi Alade, “Ginger” star L.A.X, actress Sarah Hassan, Miss World Kenya Charity Mwangi among other stellar people.

My hallmark project has been interviewing world renowned Hollywood director Hannah Lux Davis. She has worked with top artists like Drake, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Fifth Harmony, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, The Weeknd, Hailee Steinfield and more.

I've been featured on Mseto East Africa, Ghetto Radio online, Kiss FM online, Waza Kenya and other news outlets.
