Technical Product Management; I work at the intersection of product strategy, portfolio execution, and technology-enabled business value—helping organizations turn complex ideas into scalable, high-impact software products.

With over 15 years in the IT and software SAAS industry, my background spans project delivery, portfolio governance, and the last several years deeply embedded in product management. This breadth gives me a unique perspective: I understand not only what to build, but how organizations sustainably deliver value across teams, products, and investment horizons.

My work centers on AI-first product thinking; applying machine learning, generative AI, and cloud-native architectures to solve real customer and business problems. I’m particularly interested in how AI reshapes product discovery, prioritization, and decision-making, moving teams from intuition-driven roadmaps to data-informed, learning-oriented portfolios.

I’ve spent much of my career in high-growth startups and fast-moving environments, where ambiguity is the norm and execution matters. In these settings, I’ve led complex initiatives, aligned stakeholders around clear outcomes, and helped teams navigate change without losing sight of customer value.
