I grew up on Wall Street & Silicon Valley at a time when it was an unlikely combination and ".com" was still a new phenomena. In fact, women's dresscode still required pantyhose, having a child or family was a career-limiting move and promotions were based on how long you stayed at one company.

Throughout all this, I have come to love leading people, helping transform organizations to their best potential and a deep passion to helping other women achieve career and family success. As a lucky wife, I married my best friend and mentor who has inspired me to "be good to me". As a blessed mother of 5, I've learned that parenting is an evolution with every child and I have the easiest part of the deal. I live firsthand knowing balancing relationships, family, career and hobbies must be imperfect to create harmony. In other words, "it's my perfect chaos."

I now help other business executives achieve their goals through management consulting, financing and coaching. I co-founded two boutique businesses with the name "inter pares", which is Latin for "amongst equals". It is through partnering with those that require expertise that I have found success.

On my 'spare' time, I host the Power Lunch radio show/podcast on the eWN Radio Network, part of the eWomen Network and Blogtalkradio.com. I hope by bringing stories of women in the news, this next generation of daughters will be surrounded by news of women succeeding constantly, rather than a highlight as it is today.
