I'm a natural-born leader, full of passion and charisma. Me being one of the two percent of the population, which are oftentimes our coaches and our teachers, reaching out and inspiring others to achieve and to do good in the world. Instilled with a natural confidence that begets influence, I take a great deal of pride and joy in guiding others to work together to improve themselves and their community.

I understand not a lot of people are like me, but I have no problem with that.

I'm drawn to strong personalities, and radiate authenticity, I love people who are concerned and altruist, unafraid to stand up and speak when they feel something needs to be said. I find it natural and easy to communicate with others, especially in person. I try to reach every mind, no matter the how even if its through facts and logic or raw emotion.

It is easy for me to see people's motivations and seemingly disconnected areas, yet I tend to bring these ideas together and communicate with them as a common goal.

If I could describe myself I would describe myself as genuine, almost to a fault. When I believe in someone, I can become too involved in that person's problems, may even place too much trust in them. Luckily, this trust tends to be a self-fulfilling prophesy, as my altruism and authenticity inspire those who I care about to better themselves. Yes I find myself overextending my optimism, sometimes pushing others further than they're ready or willing to go. But I have taught myself to learn when its time to stop helping people who don't want help. Staying focused is a must.
