Youth Development in Pomona, California

"Tell me about yourself?" The one question that should be the easiest to answer, but you suddenly go into a panic realizing you actually don't know what to say.

Luckily, I can think pretty well on the spot, so here it goes.

It's been two years since I've graduated from Cal Poly, Pomona and I have dipped my toes in a little of everything in the past couple years.

I loved to keep myself insanely busy while I attended Cal Poly, now looking back at it I have no idea what I was thinking! However, it did mold my work ethic and my push to always do the best.

I now work at the YMCA where I am in charge of creating a fun and educational environment for a class of kindergardeners and first graders. It definitely can be a handful and a little overwhelming but it has been the most fulfilling job to date.

When I'm not working you can find me knee deep in mod podge, glitter and sealant spray. I craft so much I needed entire drawers for all my materials!

If I'm not doing that, I am probably smothering my old cat in love. I'm obsessed.

I take on each day with a positive attitude and even when the day isn't going as well I always think of three good things to squash the bad. Being mad/sad gives you wrinkles (;
