Monica Devino

A resident of South Burlington, Vermont, Monica Devino is a software engineer who recently accepted a position as a Workday Higher Education Sr. Business Consultant with IBM - designing and implementing requirements in the Workday Absence Management suite. Prior to this position, she served United Technologies Corporation as a database administrator. She built that firm’s technical documentation centered on the ERP system - SAP in the area of supply chain reporting. In addition, she created business intelligence reports that enabled material inventory analysis. Monica Devino maintained several inventory management streams and has responsibilities that extend to database data retrieval and SQL object reporting and maintenance.

Ms. Devino also worked with Lake Champlain Chocolates as a data warehouse and database administrator. She provided an expanding company with new pathways for transactional data capture and use within analytical reporting. Her role involved organizing an ERP system that handled wholesale orders, as well as mail order capacities for retail activities. She also managed the full range of shipping data feeds for carriers such as FedEx and UPS.

Ms. Devino is a longstanding member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association and supports nonprofits such as Educause, which focuses on the interface between IT and higher education. In her free time, Monica Devino enjoys outdoor activities such as barbecuing and running, and was an avid Girl Scout leader.
