Monica K. Ross

Monica is currently in preproduction for the short film Goddess of Time. She was cast in the supporting role. It will be directed by the award winning, independent film director, Gabe Rodriguez.

She attended the Fame high school in New York City. Upon graduating, she booked a role on Law & Order: SVU. She was then accepted and attended the SUNY Purchase Acting Conservatory, where she was awarded The Conservatory of Theatre Arts and Films' Program Chairs' Award in Acting.

Her favorite roles include when she played the leads of Julia in Two Gentlemen of Verona and Florina in Mad Forest, and made hilarious appearances as Mother Teresa in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot and the waitress in The Philadelphia.

Since her recent graduation, she has consistently worked both in film and on the stage. She recently performed at The Mint Theatre, working with director Kip Fagan, and in a festival produced by David Letterman.

Monica is a third generation Brooklyn native. She is an only child of parents that remain teachers and artists today. She resides in New York City.
