Dedicated to service, my passion is providing guidance to others in various aspects of life including health/physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual development.

My life story includes suffering through psychological and emotional abuse, domestic violence, substance abuse and addiction, low-self-esteem and unworthiness, single-motherhood, and unstable relationships – primarily the one with my own self. After hitting multiple low points, each one getting lower and lower, I realized that I needed to transform my life. I sought out many tools to help me overcome these struggles: plant medicine, meditation, spiritual practices, physical fitness, diet and lifestyle changes - all which have led to a profound level of work and a complete shift within myself and the reality that I now experience. While I continue to live the miracles and transformations of my own personal growth, I realize that my life is best lived when I share this gift with others.

Through life-coaching, mentorship and support my goal is to be of service to anyone struggling with being human. My philosophy consists of re-training the mind and opening the channels of consciousness to explore the true nature of our gifts here on Earth. I help others determine what they really want in their life and guide them to achieving this with the understanding that simple changes can lead to monumental accomplishments.

In addition, as the Executive Assistant to Dr. Clint G. Rogers (highly acclaimed Author, Spiritual Healer and Teacher of the Ancient Secrets of Siddha-Veda) I have learned, first-hand, the principles of the ancient art of Siddha-Veda (ancient healing technology and school of thought that originated from Master Jivaka - personal physician of Lord Buddha). By embodying the Siddha-Veda lifestyle I have not only witnessed a miraculous transformation in myself but in countless others. Through my guidance, I also educate others in applying this revelatory science in different aspects of everyday life.
