Monika Rihma is a professional specialising in business intelligence and investigations and is currently the Managing Director at Mintz Group. Previously, Monika worked at Audere International for over 6 years, initially overseeing operations for Russia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia, before she advanced to her role as Director and Head of Business Intelligence and Investigations.
Monika holds a Master’s degree in Intelligence and International Security from King’s College London and an undergraduate degree in Politics and International Relations from Keele University, with additional academic experience from Hong Kong Baptist University. Her academic and professional work is centred around research and intelligence, with a strong focus on female equality in the workplace. In 2019, Monika co-authored an article discussing how women’s appearance influences their professional perception and success.
Outside of work, she is passionate about staying active and is an avid golfer and runner. Golf, in particular, has played a significant role in helping her maintain both her physical and mental health. Monika also enjoys creative pursuits, such as playing the piano.
