Projects & Team: You’ve built your team or are in the process of creating one. But you don’t have time to manage all of it. I manage the projects, team work, deadlines so that you can work in your Zone of Genius (you know, the piece that creates the income!)

Standards & Automations: Standards and automations are what keep your business running regardless of the team members in place. Standards are documented and kept up to date so anyone can complete a task assigned to them.

Numbers: Without your monthly stats, you don’t know what is working and what isn’t! I monitor metrics and analyze them so that you can improve delivery of content, change what isn’t working and improve on what is working. From the metrics and my analysis, we plan and strategize.

I make sure the right things are being done at the right time by the right people.

A few random things about me. I love a good movie and a glass of wine. I'll eat just about anything. God and then family are my priorities. I think there is no higher calling than to be a wife and mother. It's the toughest job on the planet! I love the beach!
