I use my heart, head, and humor to help people get things done and find common ground. I am at my best when serving as a member of an organization's senior leadership team, and helping leaders see and execute to the human part of any equation. I feel alive and deeply useful when I speak, facilitate, moderate, teach, mentor, and inspire, especially in the areas of leadership, diversity and inclusion, wellness, and Quiet Activism in the Workplace as an alternative path to social justice. I would be delighted to craft an unforgettable speech or training for your organization or team.

As a mentor, I find I am most impactful with law students, lawyers, emerging leaders, new executives, women of color, first gen professionals, and anyone in the workplace who feels lost, stuck, or unsure of their path. We need a diverse group of people to lead our organizations, including those of us who believe we are not ready to lead or do not know leaders who look like us. My hope is that you will count yourself in now, wherever you are in your career, and build a team and a plan to support your dreams. I would be honored to help you.

Rather, I ask you to honor any appointment you make with me (our time is sacred), and pay it forward to someone in your community who needs to hear your story and be inspired by it. Let's do this, together!
