My name is Monique LeBlanc. I’m a writer who doesn’t write enough, and since graduating, my goal is to change that.

I’m a South Louisiana native, and a proud Cajun and Acadian. I was born and raised in Lafayette, and when I moved away from my hometown, my love for the culture, food and language grew immensely. Soon, I will be calling New Orleans my home, which I also share a deep love for.

I’m a graduate from Louisiana State University with B.A.s in Political Science and International Studies with a concentration in Middle Eastern Studies and minors in Arabic, Women and Gender Studies and Religion. I have some pretty high future academic goals in the same fields that I’m still sorting out.

I'm currently seeking writing and collaboration opportunities, and I also offer editing and content creation services.
