A Passion for Problem Solving.
During my childhood, I earned the nickname "Detective Monique." I had a knack for finding hidden presents, money...honestly just anything my parents tried to conceal. I’d figure out ways to fix almost anything that was broken (likely from observing my father, an engineer), and my friends often sought my counsel when they found themselves in quagmire’s they couldn’t see a way out of (likely from observing the compassionate and intuitive nature of my mother, and her mother). Today, this innate problem-solving ability is reflected in my professional life, where I am a solutions-oriented and empathetic individual who has transformed my passion for problem-solving into my career.

I reflect on how my early experiences shaped my approach to every day challenges. Like a detective piecing together clues, I enjoy dissecting problems, observing and understanding the underlying factors, and crafting innovative solutions. Whether it's in the workplace or in my personal life, I thrive on the opportunity to help others navigate their dilemmas. This passion not only fulfills me, but also allows me to bring a touch of magic to situations that may seem insurmountable - turning obstacles into stepping stones for success.

I often express the sentiment that I will always "bloom where planted," as merely deeming my diverse experiences as "wearing many hats" would be an understatement. I possess the ability to adapt and thrive in various environments, thanks to my resourcefulness, curiosity, and creative skills. These characteristics have given me the means to thrive in the following areas:

My resourcefulness allows me to effectively navigate challenges, adapt to changing circumstances, and deliver results - even when resources are limited.

Business Consulting:
My curiosity allows me to find new opportunities to learn quickly and, most importantly, improve myself each day. I know how to observe and listen before making assumptions, without limiting the time it takes to find a solution. This provides data-driven, empathy-driven, and highly impactful business outcomes.
