Monique Eversley Buchanan is the Founder of YHD Enterprises, an event consulting agency offering strategies and guidance to purpose-driven, dynamic women in business who are ready to take their business to the next level. As a Business Event Strategist, Monique helps her clients deliver dynamic “events for business” that work to increase brand awareness, attract ideal customers/clients, and increase profits while building community.

Over the past fifteen years, YHD Enterprises have produced corporate meetings, conferences, and award galas that have increased brand awareness for its clients. YHD has also secured several event coordination projects over the years which have contributed to successful events. In addition, Monique is the co-producer and co-founder of the Philadelphia Natural Hair Show, which has served over 3000 women of color on their natural hair journey.
