Hi. I am a Registered Nurse passionate about delivering excellent, compassionate healthcare. Beyond the bedside, I mentor student nurses and advocate for nurses to embrace therapy, wellness, and growth beyond clinical practice.

I am also a writer and teen mentor. Through outreaches, conversations, and collaborations, I help teenagers discover their identity, build confidence, and walk in their original design.
