Photo Shoot Goals:

- Unveil the beautiful unique light that is your inner worth and beauty

- Let the walls of protection crumble to reveal the true you

- Fully enjoy being pampered with hair & makeup and selecting gorgeous wardrobe pieces to complete your look

Yoga Goals:

- Increase flexibility, strength & self worth

- Learn about chakras & Kundalini and how these play a major roll in your life

- Meeting the mat with intention/mantras and using your yoga practice as meditation

I am happily married to my high school sweetheart and together we have created two cuties that continue to leave us in both awe and giggles. We live the forest of Central Pennsylvania enjoying all that creation has to offer. I enjoy reading, nutella and a good white wine when I am not helping others reach their life goals.
