Montresor KONAN is an expert in digital communication, project management, and Internet development, with a strong foundation in content creation and strategic dissemination. Holding a Master’s degree in Information Systems Engineering and a Master’s in Media Management, he possesses the technical and communication expertise necessary for driving digital transformation.

Currently, Montresor serves as the Digital Community Officer at the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), where he manages digital platforms and engages communities, focusing on enhancing the OIF’s online presence through innovative strategies.

Previously, he was the Communications Officer at the KIX Africa 21 Hub, part of the Global Partnership for Education (GPE). He played a vital role in promoting educational knowledge and innovations across 21 partner countries.

Contributions to Internet Development

Montresor is passionate about Internet governance and digital infrastructure, especially in emerging economies. His dedication led him to earn the prestigious Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) Fellowship, awarded by the Internet Society (ISOC), to contribute to the development of Internet standards.
