A multidisciplinary and continuously evolving practice sits at the core of my professional path.
Guided by curiosity and a strong commitment to learning, my work is shaped by the ability to connect ideas, disciplines, and people across contexts. I work from an integrative approach to knowledge that combines strategic thinking, creativity, and social responsibility, with the purpose of contributing to more inclusive and sustainable systems.
This perspective is not aspirational but operational: it informs how programmes are designed, processes are facilitated, and complex social and organisational challenges are approached.
My career spans corporate management, coaching and mentoring, international development, and creative practice. This diversity has strengthened my capacity to analyse problems from multiple angles, translate complexity into actionable frameworks, and bridge human, organisational, and systemic dimensions—particularly in environments marked by uncertainty and structural constraints.
Resilienceis a core professional competence in my work. Dyslexia has played a significant role in shaping this capability, enhancing my adaptability, creativity, and visual and systemic thinking. Far from being a limitation, it has strengthened my ability to simplify complexity, design inclusive learning processes, and develop innovative, human-centred solutions. This cognitive approach informs both my facilitation style and my capacity to support individuals and teams in navigating change effectively.
Living and working in cities such as London, New York, Barcelona, and The Hague has deepened my intercultural competence. Professional and voluntary engagement in contexts such as Havana, Paraguay, Johannesburg, and Cape Town has further reinforced my commitment to context-sensitive, respectful, and locally grounded approaches. Together, these experiences have strengthened my ability to work across cultures, foster trust, and facilitate collaboration in diverse and fragile environments.
My professional focus centres on women’s entrepreneurship, gender equality, and sustainability. Through Coachability Foundation, I design and lead capacity-building and mentoring programmes that support women entrepreneurs in fragile economies, strengthening leadership, economic agency, and resilience.
Complementary initiatives such as No More Muses, which promotes visibility and opportunities for women artists, and Bamboology, focused on environmental awareness and sustainable practices, reflect the coherence between my professional practice and personal values.
Across all my work, I am committed to facilitating processes that translate personal development into collective impact, contributing to more just, inclusive, and balanced societies.
“Sometimes you win. Always, you learn.”
