After many years and thousands of deals closed he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our office. He started his career as a real estate agent for Sam and Raj Realty in 1986, and has additionally served the finance aspects of real estate as a licensed mortgage broker with Long Island Savings Bank since 1989. Monty purchased an ERA franchise 1993 and owned and operated ERA Best Choice Realty in Jamaica NY until 2000. He has held positions in both real estate and finance, giving him the experience to help home buyers in every aspect of their real estate needs. Over the course of the 26 years in the business. He also has a BS degree in Business Administration with concentration in Finance from CUNY York.
