I have a passion for food. I've had it for over 40 years now. Having worked as a formally trained Executive Chef for Country Clubs, Major Hotels, Many upstart restaurants and grills, for the rich and famous and the hungry poor. I feel blessed with the talent God has given me. I feel I have followed his command to take the talent He has given me and made it grow.

Now I am at a slower pace and working on some other projects. Heritage Food Network is one. Food Art and Fare is another one.

But my passion now is to serve other people with my talents. So if you are in the Kansas City area and looking for a personal Chef.
