I’m Monu Saini, Co-Founder & CTO at GSJ Media, where I focus on building the systems, automation, and outbound operations that help agencies grow without getting buried in backend work.

My work sits at the intersection of outbound, automation, AI, content, and business systems. I work with tools like n8n, Clay, Make, Instantly, Smartlead, AI agents, APIs, and custom workflows to turn manual processes into systems that can run with less human effort.

I also have hands-on experience in cold outbound and content creation, from developing outreach systems and campaigns to creating content that helps businesses build credibility and attract the right audience.

What I enjoy most is taking something messy and figuring out how to make it simple, connected, and repeatable. I prefer building and testing systems myself before recommending them to clients, so the things I work on are based on real use rather than just theory.
