In 2005, Monzer resumed his corporate career at T-Mobile in Las Vegas as an O&M switch supervisor, overseeing crucial operational tasks and system optimizations. He later rejoined Ericsson in 2007 at their Plano, Texas office, where he managed communication equipment maintenance essential for cruise ships and isolated cell sites.
Beyond his professional engagements, Monzer is a celebrated motivational speaker and has earned multiple accolades for his contributions to community and professional organizations. His work with Baitulmaal, Inc., an Irving, Texas-based nonprofit, highlights his commitment to humanitarian causes, significantly enhancing the organization's capacity for providing international aid.
On a personal note, Monzer has been married to Bassiima Dandan for over forty years. Together, they have four children and enjoy family life with their grandchildren.
