Being a country which is over 90 percent sea, there is no better way to express Maldives than by the word "Moodhu". The word "Moodhu" comes from our very own local language Dhivehi meaning "sea". For us, "Moodhu" is not simply a name, but rather it is a one-word description of the Maldives . It is our very first effort in creating the "local experience" for our customers. We take " Maldives " in its native form and in the local language to our customers.
