Moonwalk is an upcoming Indian film and the maiden production venture of Behindwoods Productions, marking a historic reunion between two icons of Indian cinema — A R Rahman and Prabhudeva — after 30 years.

Directed by Behindwoods Founder and CEO Manoj N S, Moonwalk is a vibrant comedy family entertainer packed with high-energy dance, soulful music, and wholesome humor. The film features a stellar cast including Prabhudeva, Yogi Babu, Aju Varghese, Arjun Ashokan, Satz, Nishma Chengappa, Sushmitha Nayak, promising a delightful cinematic experience for audiences of all ages.

Currently in its final stages of post-production, the film has already generated immense excitement, especially with A R Rahman’s blockbuster album captivating fans across the globe.

For the first time ever, A R Rahman has sung all the five songs of an album, in Moonwalk. The movie will also mark his acting debut. A R Rahman makes a cameo as an angry young film director, sharing scene with Prabhudeva. All these factors, along with the songs, have added to the growing anticipation surrounding the project.

Conceived as a tribute to the creative brilliance of both the legends involved, Moonwalk is poised to be a joyous celebration of music, dance, and laughter. Slated for a grand Pan-Indian theatrical release in May 2026, the film aims to capture hearts across the country and beyond. Produced by Manoj NS, Divya Manoj and Praveen Elak, Moonwalk is originally made in Tamil and will be released in all major languages in India.
