I am the CTO (and partner) of a small biz here in Philly that's seen its share of change over 32 years.

We started running an art-house movie theater (TLA or Theater of the Living Arts), opened 6 award-winning video rental stores, Developed a catalog and online business marketing gay & lesbian movies on DVD. We have also produced 28 film festivals over the course of 16 years.

As the business has slowed, I have turned my attention to the study of Gestalt psychotherapy and organizational development. I am in the process of transitioning my life in that direction.
