Lola Moore

Pastor Lola Renee Moore-Biography Pastor Lola R. Moore is a native of Elizabeth, New Jersey. She felt the call of God upon her life at an early age and began her ministry by serving in various capacities in her local church. She emerged as a leader and change-agent during her matriculation at La Sierra University in Riverside, CA. At the end of that journey, she earned the Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies with a minor in Biblical Languages. She was also blessed to serve as Pastoral Intern at the Mt. Rubidoux SDA Church, during that time. Her studies continued at the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary at Andrews University where she earned the Master of Divinity. During that time, she served on the Pastoral Staff of the New Life SDA Fellowship. In 2009, she added Ecclesiastical Endorsement as Chaplain by the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists to her list of qualifications. Pastor Lola Moore has been blessed to minister in several capacities including Chaplain at Florida Hospital, South in the city of Orlando and also for Alive Hospice and St. Thomas Hospital, both located in Nashville, TN. In January 2010, she began her work in Pastoral Ministry at the Riverside Chapel SDA Church where she served as the Pastor for Evangelism and Discipleship. After this assignment, she was called by God to become the first pastor to serve in full-time conference employ as a woman and carried out that call as Associate Pastor for Worship and Youth Ministry at the Oakwood University Seventh-day Adventist Church in Huntsville, Alabama. A gifted singer, preacher and God-directed leader, Pastor Moore has been blessed to minister across the United States and internationally and currently serves as the Pastor of the Maranatha and Emmanuel SDA Churches in NW Florida.
