-Built partnership with Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro, working to establish Greensboro as a CEOs for Cities City Cluster
-Envisioned and built Degrees Matter!, a partnership with Opportunity Greensboro, Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro & United Way of Greater Greensboro to engage the 67,000+ residents of Guilford County who have been to college but not completed a degree
-Funded by Lumina Foundation for Education for Degrees Matter! Convening
-Proposed five-year $7.5M in funding (award pending) with The University of North Carolina General Administration to fund Degrees Matter!
-Established Degrees Matter! as an affiliate of the Graduate! Network
-Established a pilot reverse transfer project between The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Guilford Technical Community College, via Lumina Foundation’s Credit When It’s Due initiative
-Significantly expanded enrollment of UNCG in 3, accelerated degree completion program
-Managed portfolio of $1.2M in open enrollment clients (Center for Creative Leadership)
-Numerous awards, publications, presentations and service
