Dr. Vernon O. Crawley Leadership Academy

This dynamic program is designed to provide all Moraine Valley employees with unique opportunities to enhance their leadership knowledge and abilities. The Leadership Academy is comprised of quality resources, fantastic workshops, a community summit that allows the opportunity for dialogue and networking, as well a 2.5-day assembly that will have insightful keynote speakers combined with engaging leadership activities. In addition, the Leadership Academy has a variety of exciting components, which includes a series of achievement levels that will reward faculty and staff for their participation. This program really does have something for everybody and everybody at Moraine Valley can participate.
