As the world changes and we humans evolve, the Business environment gets reinvented on a daily basis; Due to the technology boom and the reach of the social media, the profile of the average professional has been also turned around. The Business field is now a perfect scenario for energetic, bold, creative, innovative and flexible people, people willing to take risks, totally prepared for making decisions and committed to their responsibilities.
What happens when someone takes a leap of faith and it all goes down the hill? who is left to pick up the pieces and put the whole engine together again?; To me, the reliable business man/woman is the one whom no matter how glorious or how bad the outcome is, stands up for an idea.
I find it hard to believe in luck; I think people have to work for the goals they want to achieve, some of them might require less effort and less discipline than others, but hard work will (should) always pay off. People need to understand that there’s two faces on a coin, that there are different points of view and that there are no right or wrong ideas... just different ones, and, is exactly the "thinking differently" ability what makes some minds shine over others. Years ago an innovative idea would have made us doubt, feel insecure and it would have probably been cut, but nowadays, when a bold idea reaches open minds and gets analyzed with objectivity it might actually turn out as the ultimate proposal for the business world and therefore a valuable complement to the previous business mentality.
What I bring to the game is the faith i owe myself; I stand for what I believe in. I am a young woman who adapts to the situation, who reacts against trouble, listens with an open mind, analyzes without prejudice and has the exact level of maturity to take wise decisions and deal with the outcomes, a person who is a dreamer, but who also sets goals and works hard to achieve them, someone that reacts, behaves and responds, and someone who is willing to hear and see the whole picture before emitting any judgment.
