Kathleen Welby- Moretti has dedicated the past twenty three years of her life to improving the many lives of women and children. Much of her focus over the past twenty three years has been in human services, she has counseled in a halfway house for alcoholics, as well as counseled teenage boys living in a local foster care group home . Ms. Moretti is a highly skilled case manager with extensive knowledge of domestic violence issues and available resources in Ulster County.

Kathleen is a credentialed alcohol & substance abuse counselor, a notary, a Reiki Master, an ordained Minister with United Christian Fellowship. She is a skilled fundraiser. She currently is a board member of the leadership committee of the Hope's Fund.

Kathleen Welby- Moretti is an individual who is dedicated to empowering, protecting and advocating for survivors of Domestic Violence.
