Pianist Morgan-Paige Melbourne began her musical journey at age 3. Morgan has competed and won numerous classes in the Kiwanis Music Festivals of Guelph, Stratford, North York, Toronto and Ottawa, receiving top awards, as well as performing at the highlights of the festival concerts in Stratford and Guelph. She is a four-time provincial finalist (OMFA – Ontario Music Festival Association), placing in the top 6 in 2013 in her category for Diploma level piano. Morgan-Paige also competed in the national Canadian Music Competition 2017 winning third place for under-23 category for piano. In May 2010, Morgan performed in Nassau, Bahamas, at her mother's former high school, Government High School, showcasing the influence of music in life. She has also performed in London, ON, Toronto and Brampton for Black History Month events, and performed with the Guelph Symphony Orchestra as both soloist and orchestral pianist. Morgan-Paige is also featured on the blog “AfriClassical” written by William J. Zick, a website on African heritage in Classical music. From 2014-2017, Morgan-Paige directed and conducted her church community choir, preparing the choir for performances at various communal events and retirement homes. On October 1st, 2016, Morgan performed at Koerner Hall in Toronto, Ontario, as a part of Culture Days celebrations and was invited to perform at the 21C Music Festival by Mervon Mehta in May 2017.
Through private studies, Morgan obtained two diplomas (ARCT and LRCM) from the Royal Conservatory of Music.
